Deputies conducted a search at a Ft. Loramie home on Cardo Road Friday as part of an ongoing drug investigation, Frye said in a media release Tuesday.

During the search, deputies found an upstairs bedroom has been converged into a room to manufacture synthetic marijuana, known as spice. In that room alone, deputies seized an electric portable concrete mixer, several gallons of liquid chemicals, two bags of powder chemicals, a large amount of synthetic marijuana, several firearms and a money counting machine, Frye said.

A search in other parts of the house found more drugs, several types of pills, more guns, and over $12,000 in cash and large amounts of coins, Frye said.

In total, 21 guns were found and seized during the search.

Two men were questioned after the search but have been released pending further investigation, Frye said. Criminal charges are pending but are pending review by the Shelby County Prosecutor’s Office.

Additional details were not released.
