MIAMISBURG — UPDATE @ 11:35 a.m.:

Police continue an investigation at a Miamisburg house after a standoff prompted a response from regional SWAT units.

Images from the scene show SWAT units entering the house in the 300 block of South Main Street, however additional details about the investigation were not available. It was not known if anyone has been taken into custody.

FIRST REPORT

Regional SWAT units have been called to a standoff at a Miamisburg house Monday morning, according to dispatch records.

Police were called to the house in the 300 block of South Main Street around 7:20 a.m. on reports of a person making suicidal threats, records indicate.

Dispatchers said SWAT units from Kettering police have responded to the scene, as well as a medic unit that is staged in the area.
