Seth Wiley, 34, remains in the Miami County Jail on the charge.

Wiley was the occupant of a home on Cottage Avenue where Piqua police executed a search warrant. Police took him into custody on a warrant unrelated to the store robbery, but that changed after they questioned him, Deputy Chief Marty Grove said Tuesday night.

A police officer reportedly recognized Wiley after reviewing security video from the store, Grove said.
