DAYTON — A Dayton man accused of downloading child pornography is now facing nearly 20 charges.
Brett King, 27, was indicted Tuesday on seven counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and 12 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance.

The Dayton Police Department received a referral about King from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
DPD investigators got a search warrant for King’s devices and online accounts where they found he downloaded and stored child pornography, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

King is not currently in custody.
