1 reported in custody after high-speed pursuit ends on I-70 in Clark County

CLARK COUNTY — A driver was taken into custody after a high-speed pursuit ended on I-70 near U.S. 68 in Clark County Thursday morning, according to initial reports.

A state trooper reported they were in pursuit of a vehicle on westbound I-70 around 9:40 a.m. Speeds in the pursuit reached at least 130 mph during the chase, emergency scanner traffic indicated.

The pursuit ended in the construction zone of I-70, close to the U.S. 68 exit with one person in custody.
