DAYTON — A 36-year-old woman was indicted today for two counts of arson.
Sarah A. Jones is accused of setting an April 27 house fire at 228 Clover St. in Dayton.
Dayton Fire Department District Chief David Wright said two people were trapped inside the vacant house in the Twin Towers neighborhood. They were rescued, along with two cats, he said at the scene.
One man, described as homeless, was taken to a Dayton hospital.
Jones, whose bond is $750,000, is being held in the Montgomery County Jail, where she has been held since her May 14 arrest, online jail records show.
She is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
