Thief on bicycle steals from Riverside car. Can you ID him?

Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a man riding a bicycle who stole items from a vehicle in the city.

The thief broke into a car during the early morning hours of May 10 and stole items, including several credit cards. He then rode his bike to Kroger on Smithville Road in Dayton and used one of the cards at an Ohio Lottery kiosk inside the store, Riverside police detective Travis Abney said.
