Police were told the victim was inside another apartment, but the resident there did not answer the door for five minutes.

When she did, officers spotted White sitting on the couch with apparent gunshot wounds. One call indicated he was shot four times. He went to Miami Valley Hospital, and his injuries were not considered life-threatening, according to the reports.

A woman at the apartment where he was found, 22-year-old Jecarra O'Neal, was charged with obstructing official business, the report states.

The woman who reported her door was kicked in declined to pursue charges for aggravated burglary, according to the report.
