A 47-year-old Dayton man is charged in connection to a June 2009 sexual assault case in Kettering.
Ted Mullins is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
Kettering police said DNA links Mullins to their case, and he was indicted Tuesday by a county grand jury on charges of kidnapping and three counts of rape.
He is being held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.

A suspect in a 2009 rape and kidnapping in Kettering is now behind bars.
Ted Mullins, 47, was booked just before 6:15 p.m. Wednesday into the Kettering Jail on suspicion of rape and kidnapping charges after Kettering police said Mullins’ DNA recently matched evidence from a June 2009 sexual assault case in the city. He is being held without bond.
Kettering police issued a plea to the public today on social media to help find him. They said Mullins was a person “we really want to find” on their Facebook page.
