Dennis Ray Wooley Jr. was arrested around 4:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Commonwealth Drive. He was booked into the Greene County Jail on suspicion of failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, a misdemeanor, online jail records show. He is being held on $3,500 bond.

It is not clear whether Wooley is the person officers sought, nor why police responded to Commonwealth Drive.

Calls were referred to a captain who would not be available until Wednesday morning.
