Miamisburg man pleads not guilty in heroin death

A 24-year-old Miamisburg man entered a plea of not guilty today to charges of involuntary manslaughter and corrupting another with drugs.

Michael Stine is accused of providing heroin to a man who died a day and half later, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office. Miamisburg police determined the drug was a factor in the man's death.

Bond was set at $500,000 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

Stine is being held in the Montgomery County Jail.
