Jamikeal Brown, 21, of Dayton and Robert Maye, 25, of West Carrollton, are accused of shooting and wounding a man and woman April 25 in the 100 block of Kelly Avenue. Witnesses led Dayton police to their truck, which led to a pursuit across town and the two men running into a Forsythe Avenue home.

Brown and Maye are charged with four counts of felonious assault, each with firearm specifications. Brown also is charged for having weapons under disability for a prior offense of violence. Maye, suspected of driving the truck, is charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Monday.

A third man, Kyren Edwards, 22, of West Carrollton, was indicted for obstructing justice for allegedly misleading police. He is not in custody and is ordered to appear May 21 for his arraignment, court records show.
