Arthur Lee Mosley was sentenced Thursday in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court after he pleaded guilty Oct. 15 to vehicular assault and failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer. The sentence included three years for failure to comply and one year for vehicular assault, to be served consecutively, court records show.

Dayton police on April 18 were watching the area near Riverside Drive when they saw Mosley driving a blue car. He took off when officers tried to pull him over. The blue car rammed an unmarked police cruiser on Otterbein Avenue near Cornell Drive in Dayton.
