DAYTON — Police were called to the area of Miami Valley Hospital this morning to deal with an intoxicated man who would not get out of the street and was blocking the ambulance entrance to the emergency room.
They found George Leboeuf, 25, stumbling in roadway on South Main Street, according to a Dayton Police incident report.
He had urinated on himself and was refusing to get out of the way of the ER entrance.
Emergency vehicles could not get past him so police forcibly removed him from the street and arrested him.
