Huber Heights police will meet with Montgomery County prosecutors this week to seek charges against a Cincinnati man charged in Fairborn for shooting at people from his pick-up truck.
Greene County prosecutors charged Randall Sizemore, 46, last week in the shooting.
Sizemore reportedly thought people were trying to kill him and admitted to using methamphetamine before randomly shooting at a car on Interstate 70 and then later shooting at a car in Fairborn, according to Green County court documents.
The 25-year-old driver Sizemore shot at on Interstate 70 crashed his car into the median. He had a small wound from where a bullet grazed his leg.
