He previously was charged with two counts of sexual battery stemming from a Dec. 11 incident.

Villella reportedly was on-duty at the Montgomery County Jail when he took the victim to a bathroom and assaulted her.

The second inmate reported a separate incident after Villella’s case was publicized.

Further investigation revealed that the second incident was alleged to have happened prior to the first incident for which Villella was charged, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.

Villella is on house arrest and is scheduled to be arraigned April 18 on the new charges.
