Former classmate recognizes armed robber, Richmond police say

RICHMOND, Indiana — A Richmond man now faces armed robbery charges after police say a store worker recognized him.

Laquent Roshawn Hogg, 20, is accused of holding up Village Pantry on Aug. 18 at gunpoint last month.

Richmond police say the worker at the store at 1201 S. Ninth St. was Hogg’s former classmate and was able to identify him as one of two robbery suspects.
