DAYTON — On the day where a tornado diverted much attention to the Beavercreek area, area law enforcement agencies continued to make arrests for illegal drugs.
Here’s a rundown:
Eric Raglin, 29, arrested after complaints of drug trafficking on Burkhardt Ave. Arrested Tuesday about 9:30 a.m. and confined to Montgomery County Jail.
Brandon Stringer, 25, accused of running a stopsign, leading police on a short high-speed chase and crashing into a tree on Catalpa Dr. just after 5 p.m. Reportedly ran from the scene and was apprehended nearby. Police said they found 4.5 gm of heroin in his pocket. Facing possession, obstructing and resisting arrest charges.
Kevin Hastings, 31, crashed a vehicle at Gettysburg and Cornell, according to police. He ran from the vehicle, according to witnesses, and was picked up nearby. He is facing resisting arrest, having weapons under disability, obstruction and carrying a concealed weapon, which police said he dropped as he was being arrested.
