LIBERTY TWP. — Detectives have few leads about the shooting of a 32-year-old man who says he was shot early Sunday morning while walking his dog in a Liberty Twp. mobile home park.
Juvenal Galan showed up and Atrium Medical Center in Middletown early Sunday morning with a gunshot wound to the right side and had been released when deputies got to the hospital.
After learning of Galan’s address in Rochester Hills Mobile home park on Hamilton-Middletown Road, deputies responded to talk with him, according to the report.
Galan said while he was walking his dog at about 1 a.m. he saw a white truck, then felt something hot on his right side and went home, according to the report.
A girlfriend transported Galan to the hospital. The shot entered Galan under the armpit, and the bullet is in his shoulder, according to the report.
