VANDALIA — A man found Tuesday afternoon deceased inside a white Toyota sedan along Interstate 70 west near Dayton International Airport has been identified.
Kelvin Reed, 58, of Brookville, died of natural causes according the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.
A passer-by noticed the Toyota Carolla, which had pulled off the interstate and into a grassy area near the Airport Access Road exit, at about 3:10 p.m., patrol Sgt. David Robison said. That same passer-by noticed the same car again at 3:45 p.m., noticed the wipers moving and the driver slumped over in the vehicle.
A medic unit from Englewood was called, Robison said, but “he was already expired. There was nothing they could do.”
