DAYTON — A former Dayton postal worker stole more than 1,000 Netflix DVDs in 2012 between May 5 and Dec. 18, according to a federal complaint.
Mark E. McCurry, then an employee of Dayton's United States Postal Service, is accused of theft of mail matter by officer or employee.
A complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Dayton alleges McCurry took the DVDs and the "contents of numerous pieces of First Class Mail and Parcels" addressed to other people and companies.
