Daniel Ray Morgan Jr., 29, is charged with burglary and Sarah Marie Osborn, 30, is charged with receiving stolen property in connection to thefts between July 21 and July 28 at a home in the 2600 block of Hazel Avenue in Dayton, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Thursday.

According to a Dayton police report, the victims reported the following items stolen: miscellaneous pairs of shoes; two wooden square end tables; a baseball bat; a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser; a “pack and play” still in the box; a Keurig coffee maker; a microwave; a 32-inch flat screen TV; pots and pans.

The property was worth between $1,000 and $7,500, according to the indictment.

They will be arraigned Sept. 5 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
