GERMANTOWN — UPDATE @ 2 p.m. The threat was written on a girl’s bathroom mirror.
Superintendent, Richard Earley, said the district has “zero tolerance” for threats.
Earley said the students are in the midst of state testing, and aren’t sure if it’s related. He said that whomever is responsible and is caught will get the stiffest penalty.
“I do not tolerate this kind of behavior,” Earley said.

The superintendent of Valley View High School, Richard Earley, confirms he evacuated the school after a bomb threat was found on the mirror of a school bathroom.
Several parents of Valley View High School students tell our newsroom they received a recorded phone message from the Valley View superintendent’s office alerting them to the evacuation order.
Earley said student drivers were allowed to go home. Other students were evacuated to the intermediate school on school buses.
