RIVERSIDE — A man and woman are jailed tonight on suspicion of arson stemming from a Riverside house fire.
They were arrested after witnesses spotted them running from a vacant house around 11 a.m. in the 1700 block of Rausch Avenue.
Rachel Copley, 25, and Gregory M. Smith, 43, are in the Montgomery County Jail awaiting formal charges from Riverside. Smith also faces two misdemeanor counts of violating a protection order, online jail records show.
