Endangered missing alert canceled for 83-year-old Champaign County man

UPDATE @ 8:40 p.m.: The endangered missing alert for Robert Hupp has been canceled.

INITIAL REPORT

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a missing 83-year-old Champaign County man.

Robert Hupp was last seen at noon Monday when he left his St. Paris residence, but he failed to return.

He stands 5 feet 9, weighs 160 pounds and is bald on top with gray hair and green eyes.

He drives a white 2014 Dodge Ram with Ohio license plate GKP3430.

He suffers from COPD, memory loss and other mental disorders, and might be traveling with two rifles, according to a news release.

Anyone who spots him is urged to dial 911 or the Ohio Attorney General Missing Persons Unit, 866-693-9171.
