Man trapped in SUV for over an hour following crash

UPDATE @ 9 p.m.:

Medics took a man to the hospital after he was trapped in his SUV for over an hour after crashing on I-675 and I-70.

The Springfield post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says that right now it appears the man might have lost control of the vehicle before the crash.

Only one person was in the SUV at the time of the accident and no other vehicles were involved.

Crews are working to get a man out of his SUV after he crashed at I-675 and I-70 near mile marker 26.

Initial reports indicate the man’s SUV flipped and was being held up by trees.
