The phones are out of order at West Carrollton city offices

The city offices in West Carrollton are experiencing a telephone outage, which means city officials and workers cannot receive or make calls.

Emergency 911 services are still in service, city public relations coordinator Heidi Van Antwerp said in a statement released Wednesday afternoon.

For any non-emergency issues, you can dial 937-859-3688.

The phone lines are expected to be back in service by Thursday.
