Police: Woman threatens to stab ex-boyfriend

Police took a suspect into custody tonight after receiving a call from a man reporting that his ex-girlfriend was stabbing his truck and threatening to stab him, said Montgomery County Regional Dispatch center.

Initial reports indicated that someone was stabbed in the incident but officers and medics arrived at Wesleyan Road near the Metro Park to find that no one was injured in the incident.

Police did not identify the person taken into custody.

However, Montgomery County Jail records show that 44-year-old Shunelle Zackery was arrested at 1441 Wesleyan Road on suspicion of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor.

Zackery is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Dayton Municipal Court.

INITIAL REPORT

A suspect was taken into custody around 5:38 p.m. following a report of a stabbing in the 1400 block of Wesleyan Road near the Metro Park, said the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch center.

Medics are on scene and an update on injuries is not yet available.
