1-year-old found safe, 1 taken into custody after domestic incident, says Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

FRANKLIN COUNTY — Soul Minnehan, the one-year-old child, has been found safe and reunited with his mother according to Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

In a Facebook post, they say, the child looks to be unharmed and is being evaluated.

William Henry Hannah, 50, has been taken into custody according to investigations.

An Amber Alert was issued after a one-year-old boy, Soul Minnehan, from a home in Madison Township, was kidnapped near Columbus during a domestic violence incident tonight, according to our news partner 10TV.

The incident occurred in Madison Twp. in Franklin County, according to Franklin County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect’s name is William Henry Hannah, according to the alert.

The suspect is a White male, age 50, is 5′7″ tall, weighs 160, and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Suspect is considered armed and dangerous. He fired a weapon before taking the child and has a tattoo on his upper left arm and a cross on his wrist.

The suspect left the scene with the child in a black 2003 GMC Denali with a license plate number of JPG2058.
