Riverside Police want to find suspect for questioning in 2019 fatal crash investigation

RIVERSIDE — The Riverside Police Department is asking for your help in locating Jeffrey Goddard because they want to question him in an October 2019 vehicular homicide investigation.

Goddard was the driver who caused a multiple-vehicle accident on Harshman Road on Oct. 12, 2019.

His passenger, 80-year-old James Jones of Huber Heights, was injured in that accident and subsequently died of his injuries.

Friday, the police department released a photo of Goddard that appears with this report.
