COLUMBUS — The order restricting the sale of liquor in certain counties has been lifted, according to an order state health Director Amy Acton, M.D., signed Friday.
The order, which restricted in-person liquor sales to only Ohioans, went into effect April 13.
Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana, Jefferson and Belmont counties were the focus of the order because of complaints of people coming from out of state to purchase liquor, Gov. Mike DeWine said in April.
