What began as a religious feast has become an international festival celebrating Irish culture with parades, dancing, extraordinary foods, and masses of green.

For no other reason than jumping out of bed early and meeting up with your pals for a fun-filled day of drinking, eating amazing food and celebrating with the Irish and the Irish-at-heart, we’ve got all the buzz on what to do this St. Patrick’s Day.

On Friday, March 17 Dayton will observe St. Patrick’s Day along with others across the globe. Don’t miss out on letting the good times roll!

Pat-Rocks Day presented by Bud Light at Flanagan's Pub 

Nothing shy of perfection here. Join Dayton’s rock station 104.7 WTUE at this all-encompassing Irish party with live bands, beer, Irish dance and food.

Free admission from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. | $10 one-time entry | $15 all-day entry (in and out privileges)

Live music from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. | Porch & Cookies, Funny Business, The Dwyer Dancers and so many more are set to perform.

A free shuttle starts at 10:30 a.m. that will take people to and from Flanagans and The Dublin Pub.

Food Truck Rally season kick-off 

This year, the moment we’ve all been waiting for to enjoy festival food, drinks and live entertainment is all at the season opener of the Yellow Cab Food Truck Rallies on Friday, March 17.

Free admission all night from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m.

This rally will include amazing foods from Smokinbeebeeq, Ramen Rickshaw, El Meson, The Drunken Waffle, Cupzilla-Korean BBQ and Hunger Paynes. Dessert will be available at Fronana and Crème de la Crème Cakery.

Live musical performances by Kyleen Downes at 8, Krunk Town Boogie at 9 and ThunderTaker at 10 will take the stage. Not to mention The Night Market will bring delicious produce and other local items to every food truck rally this season.

The party starts on March 16 at the Dublin Pub at 6 p.m. when the tent opens for Pre Show and The Menus. An opportunity to get a VIP experience with The Menus awaits along with a live remote appearance by Mix 107.7 DJ Shaun Vincent.

The 19th annual St. Patrick’s Day celebration begins at 5:30 a.m. with breakfast and Guinness - the first 100 people get a free holiday T-shirt. Tons of entertainers are booked for the day including; Celtic Academy of Irish Dance, Jameson Girls, Guinness Girls, 9 Castle Close and many more. Ithika will be the St. Patrick’s Day grand finale at 9 p.m.

Enjoy their Bluegrass Jam and a performance from The Repeating Arms. Both Flour Power Pizza and Mohawk Freestyle Grill Food Truck will be in the parking lot from 5-9 p.m. Starting at 8:30 p.m. there will be a $5 cover charge to get into the brewery.
