A day after five women came forward alleging comedian Louis C.K. engaged in sexual misconduct with them, the actor has released a lengthy statement saying all the allegations are true.

“These stories are true. At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my (expletive) without asking first, which is also true. But what I learned later in life, too late, is that when you have power over another person, asking them to look at your (expletive) isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them. The power I had over these women is that they admired me. And I wielded that power irresponsibly.

“I have been remorseful of my actions. And I've tried to learn from them. And run from them. Now I’m aware of the extent of the impact of my actions. I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position.”

“I’d be remiss to exclude the hurt that I’ve brought on people who I work with and have worked with who’s professional and personal lives have been impacted by all of this, including projects currently in production: the cast and crew of ‘Better Things,’ ‘Baskets,’ ‘The Cops,’ ‘One Mississippi,’ and ‘I Love You Daddy.’ I deeply regret that this has brought negative attention to my manager Dave Becky who only tried to mediate a situation that I caused. I’ve brought anguish and hardship to the people at FX who have given me so much The Orchard who took a chance on my movie. and every other entity that has bet on me through the years.”

The actor concluded his statement by saying, “I have spent my long and lucky career talking and saying anything I want. I will now step back and take a long time to listen.”

C.K.’s full statement can be read below.

“I want to address the stories told to the New York Times by five women named Abby, Rebecca, Dana, Julia who felt able to name themselves and one who did not.

“These stories are true. At the time, I said to myself that what I did was okay because I never showed a woman my (expletive) without asking first, which is also true. But what I learned later in life, too late, is that when you have power over another person, asking them to look at your (expletive) isn’t a question. It’s a predicament for them. “I have been remorseful of my actions. And I've tried to learn from them. And run from them. Now I’m aware of the extent of the impact of my actions. I learned yesterday the extent to which I left these women who admired me feeling badly about themselves and cautious around other men who would never have put them in that position.

“I also took advantage of the fact that I was widely admired in my and their community, which disabled them from sharing their story and brought hardship to them when they tried because people who look up to me didn't want to hear it. I didn't think that I was doing any of that because my position allowed me not to think about it.

“There is nothing about this that I forgive myself for. And I have to reconcile it with who I am. Which is nothing compared to the task I left them with.

“I wish I had reacted to their admiration of me by being a good example to them as a man and given them some guidance as a comedian, including because I admired their work.

“The hardest regret to live with is what you've done to hurt someone else. And I can hardly wrap my head around the scope of hurt I brought on them. I’d be remiss to exclude the hurt that I’ve brought on people who I work with and have worked with who’s professional and personal lives have been impacted by all of this, including projects currently in production: the cast and crew of Better Things, Baskets, The Cops, One Mississippi, and I Love You Daddy. I deeply regret that this has brought negative attention to my manager Dave Becky who only tried to mediate a situation that I caused. I’ve brought anguish and hardship to the people at FX who have given me so much The Orchard who took a chance on my movie. and every other entity that has bet on me through the years.

“I’ve brought pain to my family, my friends, my children and their mother.

“I have spent my long and lucky career talking and saying anything I want. I will now step back and take a long time to listen.

Madonna loses lawsuit to reclaim Tupac love letter, reports say

Tupac Letter To Madonna Reveals He Broke Up With Her Over Race, Reports Say

A judge has denied Madonna’s request to reclaim of an old love letter she wrote to Tupac due to a release she signed nearly 15 years ago, reports say.

In 2017, the singer sued an auctioneer, Gotta Have It! Collectibles, and former art consultant Darlene Lutz over the sale of some personal items that went missing after she moved out her Miami home.

The songstress said she didn’t realize her possessions had been misplaced until the letter, a hairbrush containing her blonde locks and other memorabilia appeared in an auction in July 2017.

While Madonna was granted a temporary stay to block the auction last summer, Manhattan Supreme Court Judge Gerald Lebovits ultimately threw out her suit, citing a statute of limitations.

“Mere ignorance or lack of discovery of the wrong is not sufficient to toll the statute,” Lebovits wrote in the ruling, Page Six reported.

“The release language indicates the end of any relationship between the parties, including the broad waiver for any claims then ‘unknown and unsuspected,’” the decision said, according to The Wrap. “Plaintiff knew that throughout her relationship with Lutz, Lutz was in possession of various pieces of plaintiff’s personal property … Yet before this action began, plaintiff did not make any demand for the return of her possessions.”

“Plaintiff could have narrowed the scope of the settlement and broad waiver, but she did not do so. This action falls under the broad scope of the agreement’s waiver of claims. Thus, this court grants defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint and denies plaintiff’s motion for injunctive relief.”

The judge discovered a 2004 settlement, where the pop star signed an agreement with Lutz that forfeited her right to retrieve her items.

“Sophisticated parties having negotiated an extraordinarily broad release with their eyes open with the aid of counsel cannot later invalidate that release by claiming ignorance of the depth of their fiduciary’s misconduct,” Lebovits said.

Once Madonna’s previous hold is released, Lutz and the auctioneer will be able to proceed with the sale.

The DJ made hits collaborating with Rita Ora, Aloe Blacc, Madonna and others. Here are some things to know about the late artist.

He was born in Stockholm

Avicii was born in 1989 to Anki Liden, a Swedish actress, and Klas Bergling. According to a 2013 GQ profile, he got his start remixing songs and posting them on music blogs. His first DJ job was for a school prom.

“It’s been a very crazy journey.” Avicii told The Hollywood Reporter in 2016. “I started producing when I was 16. I started touring when I was 18. From that point on, I just jumped into it 100 percent.”

His DJ name was inspired by a friend

A GQ profile on Avicii revealed that a friend told him Avici was a level of Buddhist hell. From there, he took on the name but added an extra “i” because Avici was already taken on MySpace.

He became mainstream with a song that sampled Etta James

Avicii’s 2011 song “Levels” samples Etta James’ “Something’s Got a Hold on Me.” The song was nominated for a Grammy and reached No. 2 on Billboard's hot dance/electronic songs and dance/mix show airplay chart.

His biggest hit set records

Avicii’s 2013 single “Wake Me Up”, which has vocals from  Aloe Blacc, spent 26 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s hot dance/electronic songs chart. It held the record for the longest weeks at the top spot until 2014, when The Chainsmokers’ “Closer” stayed No. 1 for 27 weeks. The song also topped the alternative songs, pop songs, adult pop songs and adult alternative songs charts. The music video for the song has more than 1 billion views on YouTube.

He retired from touring in 2016 due to health problems

“To me it was something I had to do for my health,” Avicii told The Hollywood Reporter. “The scene was not for me. It was not the shows and not the music. It was always the other stuff surrounding it that never came naturally to me. All the other parts of being an artist.”

His health problems included acute pancreatitis, which later led him to cancel shows in 2014 when he had his gallbladder and appendix removed.

Avicii still made music in the studio, releasing the EP “Avīci” in 2017.

If fans run into Macaulay Culkin and ask the star to make his signature “Home Alone” face, they’re going to be disappointed.

People reported that the actor, 37, who is best known as a child star who played Kevin McCallister in the 1990 holiday comedy says his notoriety makes him keep his head low around Christmas time.

“I definitely don’t (go out). It’s my season,” Culkin said on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” Monday. “It’s Macaulay season. I try to go out less and less around that time of year.”

Culkin said he doesn’t watch the film much at all, and when he does, he’s remembering how it was on set.

“I don’t really watch them all that often. I did, like, a 15-year anniversary DVD commentary and I realize I hadn’t seen it in, like, 15 years. ... It’s kind of background radiation at Christmas time,” he said.

“I can’t watch it the same way other people do.”

When fans ask him to recreate the “Home Alone” movie poster, he says no.

“I’ve already been there and done that,” he said. “I’m 37 now.”

“Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world. Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar,” Johnson captioned the Monday post. “I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there.”

Skin to skin. Our mana. Blessed and proud to bring another strong girl into this world. Tiana Gia Johnson came into this world like a force of nature and Mama @laurenhashianofficial labored and delivered like a true rockstar. I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there. Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do. But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer - watch your child being born. Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless. And to my third and youngest daughter, Tiana Gia - like I did when your two older sisters Simone Alexandra and Jasmine Lia were born, you have my word, I’ll love, protect, guide and make ya laugh for the rest of my life. Your crazy dad has many responsibilities and wears many hats in this big ol’ world, but being your dad will always be the one I’m most proud to wear. Oh and one more thing.. you’re gonna love rollin’ in daddy’s pick up truck. #TianaGiaJohnson🌺 #3rdDaughter #BlessesAndGratefulMan #ImInTROUBLE

A post shared by therock (@therock) on

Tiana is the second daughter for Hashian, 33, and Johnson, 45. The couple, who have been together since 2007, have a 2-year-old daughter together named Jasmine Lia Johnson.

Johnson is also a father to 16-year-old Simone Alexandra Johnson from his marriage to Dany Garcia.

Johnson and Hashian announced they were expecting another child in December.

“Your crazy dad has many responsibilities and wears many hats in this big ol’ world, but being your dad will always be the one I’m most proud to wear,” Johnson wrote.
