— Update 9:35 a.m. Aug. 16: In a statement released Wednesday, representatives for HBO Europe said an unaired episode of “Game of Thrones” was accidentally posted early on HBO Nordic and HBO Espana platforms “for a brief time.”
“The error appears to have originated with a third party vendor and the episode was removed as soon as it was recognized,” the statement said.
Officials added that the accidental release was not part of a cyberattack reported last month in which hackers claimed to have stolen 1.5 terebytes of HBO data.

Original report: Oops.
The next episode of HBO's "Game of Thrones" apparently was accidentally released early in Spain – four days before it was set to air.
According to the Independent and the Australian Broadcasting Corp., HBO Spain posted the sixth episode of the show's seventh season online for about an hour Wednesday before taking it down. A rip of the episode quickly circulated on Reddit and social media.
The news comes just days after four people in India were arrested in connection with leaking another episode of the popular show. Hackers also reportedly stole data from the network, including episodes of multiple series and a "Game of Thrones" script, Entertainment Weekly reported.

— The latest addition to Chip and Joanna Gaines' family has arrived.
The "Fixer Upper" stars took to social media Saturday to announce the birth of their fifth child, sharing a photo of the baby boy and revealing his name.
"Our baby boy, Crew Gaines, is here and we couldn’t be more in love," Joanna wrote Saturday night on Instagram. "He made an unexpected (and speedy) entrance into the world two and a half weeks early – which is fitting given he was a sweet surprise from day one. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers. We are so grateful."
Earlier in the day, Chip tweeted: "And then there were 5.. The Gaines crew is now 1 stronger! 10 beautiful toes and 10 beautiful fingers all accounted for, and big momma is doing great!" He added the hashtag "#blessedBeyondBelief."

— The stars of HGTV’s popular home improvement show “Fixer Upper,” Chip and Joanna Gaines, have settled with the Environmental Protection Agency over alleged violations of lead paint removal at more than 30 properties the couple worked on.
The Gaines and their remodeling company, Magnolia Homes, based in Waco, Texas, agreed to pay a $40,000 fine after EPA officials saw violations of the Renovation, Remodeling and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) on the show.
The RRP was enacted to insure homeowners and remodelers are not exposed to dangerous levels of lead from lead-based paint often used in homes built before 1978, when the paint was banned. The regulation requires contractors who are remodeling older houses to take precautions to reduce the risk of exposure.
“Video footage of Magnolia’s renovations of older homes appearing in several seasons of “Fixer Upper” reviewed by EPA did not depict the lead-safe work practices normally required by the RRP Rule,” the agency said in a statement on its website.
The Gaines took immediate action to comply with the RRP rule and agreed to pay a fine over the violations, EPA officials said. The couple also agreed to spend $160,000 to help remove lead from older homes with children in Waco neighborhoods.
Children younger than 6 are especially vulnerable to lead poisoning, which can severely impact mental and physical development, and even cause death in the worst cases, according to the Mayo Clinic.
The most common sources of lead poisoning in children are lead-based paint and lead-contaminated dust in older buildings, but contaminated air, water and soil can also cause dangerous exposure.
For adults, the most common exposure occurs in those who work with batteries, auto repair workers and home renovators.

WACO, Texas — “Fixer Upper” stars Chip and Joanna Gaines finally know the sex of their unborn child.
Chip made the announcement in a video he shared on Twitter Wednesday.
“We’re just about to have another little baby, because Uncle Chip lost his mind,” Chip tells a youngster in the footage. “Now, listen to this. This is important: I can’t think of a ‘D’ name. So, can you help me think of a ‘D’ name?”
Chip then tells his young companion that Joanna is pregnant with a little boy.
“Is that a secret? I don’t know. That might not even be allowed on Twitter,” the HGTV star claimed. “You better keep that to yourself, dude. But listen to me: It’s a little boy, and I need a ‘D’ name. And so far, all I can come up with is Dragon. [Joanna was] like, ‘You are not calling that baby Dragon!’ Can you help me?”
Earlier this week, Joanna showed off her biggest baby bump to date in a few pics on Instagram alongside her husband and their pal Tim Tebow.
“What an amazing (sic) weekend with the @timtebowfoundation Thank you for giving hope and love to so many #ttfgolf2018,” Gaines wrote alongside the gallery of images from the weekend.
In January, the Gaineses surprised fans when they announced they were expecting baby number five with an adorable post to social media.
“Gaines party of 7.. (If you’re still confused.. WE ARE PREGNANT) @joannagaines,” Chip Gaines wrote alongside the sweet photo of the couple in coordinating grey sweatshirts and matching bumps.
