Easter brunch menus that will make your mouths water

On April 16, many will celebrate Easter by going to church, making dinner with friends and family and hunting for Easter eggs with the kids.

You probably need to fuel up first.

Below are the perfect places to enjoy a nice dine-in brunch to kick-start your busy holiday. We recommend you call ahead. These brunches are hugely popular and book fast, so make your reservations now.

Brunch Buffet at The Caroline 

Scrambled eggs and home fries. Sausage gravy and biscuits. Bacon, sausage, French toast and waffles with bananas foster, maple syrup and assorted toppings. Prime rib and country ham at the carving station. Grilled tilapia, rice pilaf, grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce, green beans, mashed potatoes, chef’s pasta creation, fresh fruit display and tons of desserts.

Mimi’s Cafe Easter 3-course Brunch

Course 1: Cup of soup, house salad or Caesar salad

Course 2: Hickory smoked ham or slow-roasted turkey with the following sides: mashed potatoes, buttered cornbread, stuffing and sauteed green beans with bacon and caramelized onions.

Course 3: A half slice of Mimi's slab pie, French silk or creme brulee cheesecake.

All of Mimi’s dine-in guests for Easter will receive a free entrée offer (buy one entree, get one entrée free with purchase of 2 beverages, valid until 5/12/17) for their next visit. Grilled salmon, lemon cream prime rib, jus lie and horseradish cream, homestyle rosemary, redskin potatoes, southern fried chicken breast with sausage gravy. House-made buttermilk biscuits, scrambled eggs with fresh chives, thick sliced bacon, smoked salmon and asparagus crepes, banana cream French toast served with maple syrup, fresh ground patties, grilled asparagus. This Easter brunch was made with families in mind. This family-style, all-you-can-eat brunch will feature homemade crumb cake and blueberry bread, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs with Boursin cheese, crispy redskin potatoes, brown sugar baked French toast, pork sausage with an apricot-mustard glaze, dill-pickle brined fried chicken with sweet and spicy dipping sauce and slaw, spice-rubbed haddock taco salad with sriracha lime dressing and crispy corn tortillas and homemade fudge bites for dessert.

Breakfast station: Create your own omelet, Belgium waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, potatoes.

Carving station: Roasted New York Strip served with Horseradish sauce and Au Jus.

Soup & Salad bar: Sweet Russian cabbage soup, tossed mixed greens, broccoli and raisin salad, marinated mushroom salad, caesar salad.
