— A Washington Twp. office building that once was headquarters to a local e-commerce company has sold nearly $1 million, records show.
Crown Ventures LLC sold the office building and nearly an acre of land at 7725 Paragon Road to Dancin Properties LLC for $950,000, according to Montgomery County property records. The sale was recorded Tuesday.
A DanCin Properties LLC was registered with the Ohio Secretary of State’s office last year on behalf of David A. Neuhardt, who is listed as the company’s incorporator. A message seeking comment was left with Neuhardt.
The building was built in 1994 and offers 15,000 square feet.

In 2012, information technology and e-commerce firm Crown Partners applied for $50,000 in Montgomery County development funds for a demolition, restructure and remodel of the building at 7725 Paragon. Thirty-three new jobs were to be added for a total of 40 local employees, the county said at the time.
Two years later, a French company bought Crown Partners, aligning it with a company called Razorfish. Today, Sapient Razorfish has offices at The Greene in Beavercreek.
