— Land that is home to a new Burger King restaurant has just been sold and bought.
A limited liability corporation bought about 1.3 acres in the 4000 block of Wilmington Pike in Kettering for $2,341,377. The buyer is 4085 Wilmington Pike LLC; the seller, Carrolls LLC, of Syracuse, N.Y. Carrolls bought the land from Meijer last February for $425,000.
