— Englewood custom package manufacturer Value Added Packaging Inc. (VAP) will host a tour of its Lau Parkway facility as part of the 2018 Aileron summit.
During the 90-minute tour, VAP will share with Aileron summit participants the importance of its company culture, as well as its “professional management system,” which VAP leaders say they developed with the help of services and courses offered by Aileron.

Located on a Bethel Twp. campus in Miami County, Aileron is 70,000-square-foot non-profit school for business leaders, founded and built a decade ago by Clay Mathile, former owner of the Iams Co. It was originally called the Center for Entrepreneurial Education.
VAP’s way of doing business has helped the company generate a strategic focus, develop employees, enhance operations and promote accountability across the organization, VAP founders Jarod and Mari Wenrick have said.
