I grew up in Cincinnati, frequenting the Dayton area to visit friends and family, so I am no stranger to the Miami Valley. I graduated from Hughes High School, and received a degree in Broadcasting from the Ohio Media School soon after. While freelancing in Cincinnati, hosting, MCing, and doing voiceovers, I took a job with the Cincinnati Reds for their Live Game Day. This only lasted one season due the pandemic, but I greatly valued the experience. More recently, I commuted to Lexington, where I worked as a multimedia journalist for WTVQ. I also worked at Cincinnati Children's Hospital during this period, as a mental health specialist, which I still do some in my free time. In this role, I help children manage and cope with various personal issues. I also mentor young men in need through the organization Guiding Light. We do daily activities like cooking, cleaning, and school work, to assist them in becoming more independent. Children and broadcasting are my two passions, and I love that I can continue exploring both in this community. I am excited to join the team here at WHIO-TV as a reporter, and am ready to serve the Dayton area as best I can.
