WPAFB Thursday Weather: Patchy fog, thunderstorms by late morning

Some patchy fog will be possible to start the day with lots of clouds around during the day, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

Showers will develop by late morning into the afternoon. A few rumbles of thunder will also be possible. High temperatures will hold in the middle 70s. Any leftover rain will taper off by late tonight with areas of fog likely by Friday morning. Dry conditions are expected through most of the day Friday with highs in the upper 70s.

Temperatures will climb back into the lower 80s with partly sunny skies and breezy conditions Saturday. Some showers are expected to return Saturday night.
