WPAFB Saturday Weather: Cooler temps and sunny skies to begin weekend

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — Sunny skies and cooler, less humid conditions are expected as we start the weekend, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

High pressure will take control of the weather across all of the Miami Valley through next week, while a slow warming trend will take place early next week as temperatures rise out of the upper 70s Saturday into the middle 80s by the middle of next week.

The next threat for rain is not expected until late Wednesday night or Thursday.
