Cooler, less humid air arrives this weekend

Partly cloudy skies are expected through the evening, with a slight chance for a passing shower early, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

TONIGHT: Skies will clear with humidity levels dropping. Temperatures will fall to near 60 degrees by morning.

SATURDAY: Skies will become mostly sunny with comfortable temperatures rising into the upper 70s. There will be a pleasant breeze out of the northeast.

SUNDAY: Expect lots of sunshine with highs in the lower 80s.

MONDAY: Sunny skies and warmer temperatures are in the forecast. Highs will reach into the lower to middle 80s.

TUESDAY: A few more clouds will be around but with still lots of sunshine. Highs will be in the middle 80s.

WEDNESDAY: Partly cloudy skies are expected with a slight chance for a shower or storm toward late evening or at night. Highs will be in the middle 80s with a bit more humidity.
