U.S. 35 East open again after crash in Xenia Twp., Greene County

XENIA TWP. — UPDATE @ 8:15 p.m.: U.S. 35 East has reopened and the accident scene has been cleared.

The investigation is continuing, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.

FIRST REPORT

The eastbound lanes of U.S. 35 are shut down at U.S. 68 for a single-vehicle crash.

A CareFlight medical helicopter was called to the scene of the crash, reported around 6:15 p.m. in Xenia Twp., Greene County. The highway is blocked so the helicopter can land.

At least one person is injured, according to the Ohio Highway Patrol.
