- 5TH ANNUAL FAIRBORN HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL, Main Street, Fairborn: 4-10 p.m. Friday, 1-10 p.m. Saturday. Family-friendly event with food, vendors, rides and entertainment. The 59th annual Spooktacular parade Friday night and Zombie Walk Saturday night. More info: 937-878-3191.
- GLOW: NATURE AT NIGHT, Aullwood Farm, 9101 Frederick Pike. 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Festivities include glow-in-the-dark art, entertainment, hikes and local food trucks. - DAY OF THE DEAD CELEBRATION AND PARADE, Dayton Art Institute, 456 Belmonte Park N: 4-9 p.m. Sunday. Dia de los Muertos is a special day celebrated throughout Latin America, on which people remember loved ones who have died. Free and family-friendly event. Festivities include parade, art, food, music and dancing.
