Pink spray paint damages several cars in Fairfield Twp.

Fairfield Twp. police are looking for those responsible with damaging with pink spray paint a handful of cars last weekend.

Six cars were tagged over one night in neighborhoods in close proximity to each other, said Fairfield Twp. police Sgt. Doug Lanier. The damage is estimated to be several thousand dollars, according to the police report.

“It was that one night and we have not had anything elsewhere,” Lanier said. “Hopefully they don’t do it again.”

Lanier said the cars were located in the neighborhoods of Fairfield Ridge, Ravena Drive, Schafer Knoll Court and Zoellner’s Place.

Throughout August, Lanier said there were three vehicles that had tires slashed in the middle of the night. There was no specific pattern and incidents happened in various parts of the township. However, one of the vehicles vandalized happened near the area of the spray painting.

Anyone with information regarding these incidents is asked to contact Detective Jamie Mays at 513-785-4178.
