A former band director sexually assaulted students on school property, according to a Logan County prosecutor.

That's what the prosecution said this morning in the case against Tim Shook, who directed the Riverside High School band.

Shook, 35, violated three victims while on the property of the DeGraff school, the prosecution said today.

The prosecutors also said Shook's sexual abuse went beyond charges he faces in Logan County. They said two females Shook was associated with as a teacher in Covington will testify that he took similar action against them.

Shook has not been charged in that case.

He was indicted in March on one count of rape, five counts of sexual battery and one count of attempted sexual battery. Shook pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Shook is now charged with six counts of sexual battery, five counts of gross sexual imposition and two counts of attempted sexual battery.

The rape charges have been dropped.

Prosecutors said they expect the trial to last five days.
