Mercer County: High water closes some roads

High water is keeping some Mercer County roads closed in and around the Celina area. Roads were closed ondy night and remained closed Tuesday morning.

Here are the closings:

• River Trail Road, between Blackloon Road and the Mercer-Van Wert county line.

• Ohio-Indiana State Line Road between Minch and Skeels roads.

• All of Minch Road.

• All of Schunk Road.
