Clouds will thin out as winds decrease for a cool and comfortable overnight with lows in the mid-50s, Storm Center 7 Meteorologist Kirstie Zontini said. Some spots of fog possible.

Dry, comfortable conditions continue on Monday, which will see a mix of sun and clouds in the afternoon and highs near 80. On Monday night, clouds increase ahead of the next system that will bring another round of showers and storms, she said. It should stay dry overnight, with lows in the lower 60s.

On Tuesday, it will be mostly cloudy and more humid, with showers and storms at times. Severe weather is not expected, but it's possible some storms could produce gusty winds and localized heavy rain at times, Zontini said. Highs will be in the upper 70s and lows in the lower 60s.

On Wednesday, it will be mostly cloudy and muggy again, with more showers and storms possible and highs around 80. Rain activity tapers off overnight, she said, and lows will be in the mid-60s.

On Thursday, it will be partly sunny, with some pop-up showers and storms possible in the afternoon or evening. Highs will be around 80.

On Friday, a weak front works through. The region should stay dry and see a break from the humidity, Zontini said. There will be a mix of sun and clouds with highs around 80.showers and storms. Highs will be around 80.
