Amber Alert canceled in missing Cincinnati toddler case

UPDATE @ 3:10 p.m.:

Milford Police confirmed that the toddler has been found, safe and sound at a relatives house. The dispatcher said Coleman and the vehicle were both gone at that time. Shortly afterward, the car was located. Coleman has not been located.

FIRST REPORT

An Amber Alert has been issued out of Cincinnati for a 22-month-old girl who was inside a 2003 Toyota Matrix when her 21-year-old brother drove off with the vehicle.

The man, Donovan Wayne Coleman, is reportedly a known heroin user and may be trying to buy drugs.

The vehicle belongs to his mother, the license plate is FBU 9686.

Coleman was in the parking lot of Facet Music Jewelry and Pawn when he allegedly took the vehicle with his sister in it. If you see the vehicle, contact your local police or call Hamilton County at 513-825-2280.
