Meth house bust nets 1 arrest in Preble County

Authorities raided a suspected meth house this morning in Preble County, which led to one arrest.

Deputies, Eaton police and county prosecutors executed a search warrant at 10:30 a.m. today at a home in the 700 block of East Decatur Street in Eaton.

Seized in the raid were equipment and chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamine, as well as the finished product, according to a release from the sheriff’s office.

Dennis L. Worley, 32, was arrested and booked into the Preble County Jail on suspicion of illegal manufacture of drugs, a second-degree felony; assembly of chemicals to manufacture drugs and drug possession, both third-degree felonies; and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. He is being held without bond, online jail records show.

Police raided the same house in May 2013 and arrested Worley, who was later convicted on felony drug charges, according to the release.
